What Does this CT Scan test Result Mean?

Hi sir, Recently I got a very bad pain on left abdomen I feel that it was some stone so. I have taken ultrasound scan. Got report that der is a small tiny stone. The very next day doctor suggest me to go for CT Scan so in that report says that below: CT SCAN KUB Plain: Kidneys: both kidneys are normal in size and density. Cortical thickness is normal. -Left Mild HUN due to a VUJ calculus of 4mm. -phlebolith seen in pelvic cavity on left side. Uninary Bladder: well distenede. No colcuili or mass lesion seen. Postate: Normalin suze and density. IMPRESSION: left mild HUN due to a VUJ calculus. -Is this I need to take surgury for 4mm stone to break. Please kindly let me know the next steps to take care

At this point, unless the stone passes soon on its own you'd need either lithotrypsy--ultrasound treatment to break up the stone--or have a urologist perform cystoscopy to remove the stone
